I didn't even know this existed! Looks like there might be a pro-shot DVD out there somewhere. If anyone can give me anymore details on this one, please leave a comment!

They announced a long while ago that they were not going to release the Toronto footage as a DVD - just use it as a TV special... just like the Koolhaus show that you and I saw.
